Through private coaching we will work closely together to gain an understanding of your family’s unique dynamic. With your concerns at the heart of our discussions, I’ll tailor a plan to implement real, lasting change. Coaching is offered in private sessions for mums or dads on their own or as a couple including parents of blended families. Virtual or in-person, our coaching sessions are always a safe, non-judgmental space for parents to express concerns and receive nurturing support.

Options for Private Coaching Include:

The Planning Session – For parents wanting to find out about parent coaching and how it works

In this intensive, 90 minute consultation, you’ll experience my bespoke coaching process. I’ll come to the session prepared, having reviewed the comprehensive background information form, filled out by you prior to our meeting. We’ll discuss your concerns, diving into the issues you’re noticing at home, at school and with friends. You’ll gain insight into your child’s needs and how your behaviour is affecting them.

We’ll discuss how the coaching process could work for your family and I’ll share with you my thoughts on the length of coaching needed, what you need to do and an idea of the plan for our sessions. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions about the process and the possibilities of continued coaching.

The Connected Parent – For parents wanting to work on two or three specific issues

A series of sessions, usually taking between one to two hours, over a three month period or a six month period. You will have time in sessions to address two or three of your main parenting concerns. Between the sessions you will receive tailored parenting notes, resources and materials.

Parenting with Purpose – For parents wanting to work on the full range of parenting concerns

The specific length of this program will depend on how you’d like coaching to be delivered. This is for parents who would like a weekly call or an in person session, it is recommended when more than one parent wants to be involved. You will receive tailored parenting notes, specific parenting videos and ongoing help from me during the coaching period. You will also have complimentary access to parenting masterclasses.

This time-frame is highly recommended when there are a range of issues, when there is more than one child you’d like to discuss and the length of the program allows us to go into more depth and widen the scope to include implementation of the parenting skills we learn together. You will have time in the sessions to shift your focus on the widest range of concerns. These can change depending on what it happening at home and with school and friends. Together we can explore patterns of behaviour as they emerge and change over time. You’ll be able to absorb more information, learn it more deeply and to refine it while putting it into practice. I’m with you every step of the way, supporting your journey and accessible between sessions.

What Justine’s clients are saying

“We had already tried a number of different channels for parenting support including a 6 week course, talks and a lot of reading online. Justine helped us slow down and give our parenting approach a positive spin. If you are looking for parent coaching tailored to your child’s needs I would absolutely recommend working with Justine.”
